Privacy & Safety/ Impression Kit Policy
Your privacy is extremely important to us. Any personal information you provide is used solely to process orders, manage deliveries, and provide customer support. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your card details at any time. Customer data is never shared or sold to third parties and is handled in accordance with UK data protection regulations.
Our impression kits are designed to allow customers to take accurate dental impressions at home. Each kit contains single-use dental-grade materials and must be handled carefully to ensure the best possible result.
Once an impression kit has been opened or used, it is non-refundable due to hygiene and safety regulations.If your impression is deemed unsuitable for production, we will contact you with guidance on next steps. In some cases, a replacement impression kit may be offered at a discounted rate or free of charge, at our discretion.
SevenDays Performance is not responsible for inaccurate impressions caused by failure to follow the provided instructions. We strongly recommend carefully reading and following all instructions before starting.
Impression kits that are unopened and unused may be returned within 14 days of delivery.If you have any concerns or questions about your impression kit, please contact us before returning the kit or submitting your impression.
Wholesale Inquiries
Due to the custom-made nature of our mouthguards, we are unable to accept returns once production has begun.
If there is an issue with your impression or fit, please contact us and we will review the case to ensure your mouthguard meets our quality standards.
Unused and unopened accessories (such as cases) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
