Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom-made nature of our mouthguards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun. If you believe there is an issue with your mouthguard, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Each case will be reviewed to ensure the product meets our quality standards.
Unused and unopened accessories (such as mouthguard cases) may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used impression kits are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
